With 32 states in Mexico and nearly as many dance varieties, there is always plenty to learn. Advanced students may wish to take workshops at regional conferences such as those put on by Danzantes Unidos, or Asociación Nacional de Grupos Folklóricos (ANGF) in the American Southwest. 

Real fans of Ballet Folklorico may wish to explore attending the Amalia Hernandez School of Dance in Mexico City ( Escuela del Ballet Folklórico de México de Amalia Hernández)
